1. Who we are

This website is operated by the Rodago team in Malaysia. For anything to do with this policy or your data, write to inquiry@rodago.my.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, company (optional), the model you are interested in, and your message. We also record the time you submitted it.

For abuse prevention we also process your IP address — to rate-limit repeated submissions and to block automated spam. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to quote pricing and freight, to arrange a test visit or delivery, and to keep a record of what was discussed. That is all.

4. Where it is stored

Enquiries are written to a private Google Sheet that only our team can open, and a short-lived backup copy is held in Cloudflare storage for 90 days so that a temporary outage on the Google side cannot lose your enquiry. A notification email is sent to our staff so someone acts on it.

The human check on the enquiry form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs on Cloudflare's side and returns only a pass or fail — we never see your answers, and none of them are stored by us.

5. Who can see it

Our own sales team, and the service providers that run the plumbing: Cloudflare (hosting, the human check on the form, the backup store and the visit statistics) and Google (the spreadsheet and the notification email). We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising. Two requests do reach third parties when a page loads: the heading font is fetched from Google Fonts, and Cloudflare records anonymous, cookieless visit statistics for us. Neither uses cookies, neither builds a cross-site profile of you, and we cannot identify you from either. The only thing the site stores in your browser is your language choice (English or Chinese), under the key rodago_lang. Clear your browser data and it is gone.

7. How long we keep it

The Cloudflare backup copy is deleted automatically after 90 days. Enquiry records in the spreadsheet are reviewed and pruned periodically, and anything older than 24 months is removed.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email inquiry@rodago.my and we will action it, normally within one working day. This is consistent with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not apply a new policy retroactively to enquiries we already hold.
